Store Policy


  • All items purchased are no transfer and/or no modify unless otherwise stated.
  • There are NO refunds or exchanges.
    The ONLY exception on a refund is if you’ve mistakenly had multiple purchases of the same item, which was delivered to yourself and NOT another avatar.

For all other customer service inquiries, such as;
Failed Transaction(s), problem with a certain product & etc, please contact me (Astrexia Chrome) via note-card. Be sure to include your full avatar name as well as transaction history for the sake of keeping things organized. A response from me should be expected no later than 48hrs.

    • No, I haven’t had one for quite a few years. Although I have been planning on opening one later this year once the sim my store will be at is properly decorated. Keep a look out for when the store opens~
